Sexual Treatment and Recovery Program (STARPRO) is an intensive outpatient treatment program for sex and relationship addiction based on our Wellness Model, which holds that within each person is an inherent drive for emotional, physical, spiritual, relational, and sexual wellness. STARPRO helps each individual to access their potential for healing.
STARPRO treatment:
- Incorporates research based assessment of sex or relationship addiction.
- Proceeds with an individualized, multifaceted recovery plan based on each client’s unique circumstances.
- Is facilitated by clinicians with expertise in the treatment of addiction, trauma and loss, depression and anxiety disorders, and marriage and family dysfunction.
- Builds a solid foundation for successful long term recovery from sex and relationship addiction.
Connie Lofgreen Biography
Connie Lofgreen, MSW, LSCSW, CSAT, is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and the Clinical Director of STARPRO. Lofgreen received her Masters degree from Rutgers University with a concentration in group work. She is a member of the American Academy of Marriage and Family Therapists, and a Level II practitioner of EMDR. She has 25 years experience in psychotherapy with individuals, families, and groups, and consults extensively in the area of clergy and sexual ethics. For many years, she has counseled adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and other traumas.
